We went and watched Scott play in his softball game tonight. He plays with a group of guys from church.
"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." -Jeremiah 29:11- We don't know the plans God has for Emma & Landon's life, but we are excited to be on the journey with them!!

Trying on Glasses
So we met with the eye specialist and Emma has signs of esotropia- meaning her eye is turning inward to the corner of her nose. We are hoping the glasses will help pull her eye out from the corner. If we do not notice a difference in a couple of months then the doctor will go in and surgically fix it.
PE Extravaganza
Today was our PE Extravaganza at school. It is like a field day, but without all of the competition. Emma's eye was turning in again so I went and picked her up from Pre-K and brought her back to my school with me. She got to participate in PE extravaganza with my kiddos. We are still waiting to meet with the specialist.

Our Niece/Cousin Heidi
Sweet baby girl Heidi was born this evening. It was pretty late so we took the kids home to get ready for bed. It was about 11pm before people could go see her, so I rushed back to the hospital to see her real quick. Emma and Landon are super excited to have a new cousin to play with and love!!
Pretty sure my brother's face says it all about being a daddy!!!

Emma's First Eye Doctor Visit
Emma's pre-k teacher called to tell me Emma's eyes had started to cross. We immediately made an eye appointment with my normal eye doctor. He dilated her eyes which is why she is having to wear these cool shades. He is pretty certain what is going on with her eyes, but has referred us to a pediatric eye specialist to see her in a couple days to get a better look.
