Kelly is Married!!

Kelly and I began our teaching career the same year at the same school. She taught 2nd grade and I taught 1st grade. Then our second year of teaching, she moved into the same apartments where Scott and I lived and we carpooled to school most days. She later moved to Charleston where she still lives. She met her husband there and got married this weekend. Scott and I made a quick one night trip there to see her get married. We left early Monday morning to head back home to the kids because Landon was very sick. My mom took him to the doctor this morning where they confirmed he has RSV! :(

My Little Pony Birthday Party

We went to a church friend's 5th birthday part today. It was a My Little Pony theme. It was Beau's first all girl party. The girls got pony tails, pony ears,  and glitter for their hair when they arrived. Then they got to tie dye t-shirts. They had fun jumping on the trampoline and then playing with Beau's new pogo stick once she opened presents. 

Football Day at School

Both Emma and Landon's school celebrated football dat at school today. They both dressed up to support the Georgia Bulldogs! Go Dawgs!

Our Little Drawer

Emma has always colored great and stayed in the lines even at three years old and she is an awesome drawer! She loves to draw people!

Big Sister Loves to Help

Emma goes to brush her teeth by herself every night before bed. She has been to the dentist three times now and has perfect teeth. She even had x-rays to also prove that there are no signs of cavities. Tonight she wanted to help Landon get his few teeth clean. 

We Have a Preschooler

Today was Emma's first day of big girl school. She is in K-4!! I had to be at work early as it was the first day for my students as well, so Scott took her to school. She was one excited little girl!

 I met her teachers at Open House and they seemed very sweet!

 She rides the bus the very short distance from her school to my school every afternoon! It is going to be so nice to have her with me every afternoon while I get things ready for the next day. It is time we can spend together and I do not have to rush from work to go pick her up somewhere else.  I am sure eating a snack will be a daily occurrence! :)

Still My Baby!!!

So we closed on our house yesterday and were over this evening doing some things before we move in next weekend. We grabbed dinner to take there while we worked. We had no tables, barstools, or furniture, so we put Emma in the wooden highchair that we recently bought for Landon!! :) She thought it was so funny!! She fit in it and had a nice little spot for her food!! We are going to paint the highchair a grey color with chalk paint.
