Celebrating With Cupcakes

Celebrating what you ask?!? :) Celebrating the weekend! Celebrating payday(haha)!! Celebrating the start to the Christmas season! Also, I am loving these new shirts we had made for Emma and Landon. Emma's has gold glitter antlers while Landon's antlers do not have glitter and they are dark brown. 

Landon chose a strawberry cupcake and Emma chose a chocolate one. She LOVES chocolate cake and will not each a vanilla one. :)

Picking Out Our Christmas Tree

We grabbed dinner at Hibachi and then right next door to the Christmas tree farm we have been buying from for the past several years. A good friend of ours started this tree farm a couple years ago and business for him has been great. We found the perfect tree for us! Now to decorate it.

Thanksgiving at the Farm

We went to the Perry Farm for Thanksgiving this year with Scott's family. Here is everyone that was there. The amount of little ones grows every year! We eat and hangout and it is very low key

After our group picture, it was time to eat. They had ribs on the menu this year and Landon was so excited. He was loving them!

 I wish we would have gotten a family picture, but we at least got one of Scott and I. We never seem to get pictures of just us these days.

 Emma filled this out recently in class and I though today was a great day to share it. She is thankful for her family, food, pets, her house, her second grade teacher as well as her previous teachers.

Sweet Little Face

I snapped this picture of Landon sleeping tonight. He loves pulling his covers as high as he can. He is my sweet snuggle bug!

Emma's POW WOW

Our school always has a fall picnic the Friday before Thanksgiving break. In Second grade, they always do a pow wow before their picnic. I was able to sneak down to see Emma at her pow wow. She had fun doing things that reminded them in time long ago. She feather painted with mashed blueberries, ate lacy cornbread, and created her own vest with Indian symbols.

Looking Older & Cake Pops

We went out to eat today after church and the kids wanted to snap their picture using the AgingBooth app. It is always funny to see the outcome!

Then we ran to Target for a few items and ended up in Starbucks getting cake pops. Emma LOVES their cake pops!

Our Handyman

Landon loves watching his daddy build things. He is always wanting to help Scott. He has his own work bench in his room and loves spending time playing with it and all of his tools.

New Chick-fil-A in Town

So we had a brand new Chick-fil-A built in town and it opened up today. While Emma was at dance, Scott, Landon, and I checked out the new Chick-fil-A. The inside is set up so nice and completely different than our other one in town. Landon was quick to check out the playground. This one is closer to our house so I know we will visit this location quite often!
