My Little News Girl

Emma stepped way out of her comfort zone this week and became part of the school news. She was the student who said the pledge to the flag every morning. It was fun watching her on the morning show each morning. She believed she could and she DID! So proud of her!

A Visit From the Grinch

Landon's pre-k class had a visit from the Grinch today. I hope he was sweet and showed that his heart was three sizes bigger during his visit with them. :)

Visit with Santa

Emma and Landon got to visit with Santa this afternoon. This is the best local Santa. He listens to them and always tells them that he loves them and so does Jesus!

Pretzel Date with Landon

Emma had her dance Christmas party today, so Landon and I had a pretzel date at the mall. We both share a love for Auntie Ann's pretzels and the cheese dipping sauce. Landon loves coke and cherry Icee drinks as well. It was a fun quick outing with just Landon and I this afternoon. 

Grinch Day at School

Today is Grinch Day for Emma's class and she was set on being Max, the dog. I just knew she would want to be sassy Cindy Lou Who, but she wanted to be the Grinch's dog. We pulled this outfit together and she did make the cutest dog if I say so myself. 

 Here she is with Landon before going to class. He is practicing his best Grinch face for when he is in second grade and gets to participate in Grinch Day.  

Christmas Program at Church

Tonight, Emma and the other kids from church helped the adult choir with their Christmas program. The kids sang two of the songs with the choir. They worked so hard and it paid off as they did so awesome!

 Emma had us and my dad there to watch her, but I do believe Landon was the most excited to sit and watch her sing. He is not normally in the services so this was a nice treat for him. 

Emma's School Christmas Play

Emma's class had their Christmas play today. It was callled The Littlest Reindeer and was so cute. It was about a little reindeer who did not think they were going to be able to pull Santa's sleigh. Emma was one of the elves.
