Halloween

So this year for Halloween, we had Superman and Strawberry Shortcake. 

 Landon was ready to fly around the neighborhood to gather his candy!!

 We started off our night of trick or treating. We got to about the second house and Strawberry Shortcake started complaining that her outfit was itchy. NaeNae asked the homeowners of where we were trick or treating at the time if she could borrow their scissors. She cut out the inner lace that was itching but it still was not enough for Miss Sassypants Strawberry Shortcake. She was not happy so we quickly went back home and SS with pink hair became Ariel and was happy as could be! No more fussing and we were officially off to finish out the night trick or treating!!

Fall Fun Day

Today was a great day for some Fall fun at school! She got to participate in the P.E. Fall Fun Day first. Her P.E. coaches always have a bunch of fall centers for the kiddos to do and it is always a blast!!

 Then she had her fall class party later this afternoon. I am right next door with my kinder kids, so it was easy for me to just step next door to spend time with her during her party. She loved having me in her class with her. They made spider hats, played a pumpkin game, and has snacks. 

Fall Wedding

Scott & I went to a family wedding today. We left the kiddos with my mom. We knew Landon would not be ready to sit through a wedding and with it being a little chilly out, figured Emma would rather not go. :)

 It was a really sweet & beautiful wedding. I love outdoor weddings!!! The weather at this wedding was a little cooler and less gnatty(actually no gnats) than our outdoor June wedding!!!

Disney in the Fall

We just got back from a long weekend at Disney. We headed down on Saturday. We always love to stop at the Welcome Center once we enter into Florida. Emma loves grabbing as many travel books as she can to look at in the car!

Landon went into the Lego Store at Disney Springs for the first time Saturday. He loved it!!

Then he tried on some hats at the big Disney store. He loved the Mickey hat!!

We spent some time Saturday hanging out at the pool. Landon loved playing with Scott's GoPro camera.

We got up early the next morning and headed to Magic Kingdom. We have been as a family when Landon was just a few months old during the Christmas season. We have been several time in the middle of the summer. I was so excited to go this time to see how they decorated for the fall. There were pumpkins and orange everywhere! I loved it!! Emma loved riding the Seven Dwarfs ride and rode it with me and then again with Scott. She is a roller coaster junkie!!!

We were waiting on the day time parade to start!

We all love Dumbo, but I think parents may love it best because of the playground to help pass the wait time!!

Emma loved meeting all of the characters. Landon was still not sure about them!!

 Emma was such a brave girl and rode Space Mountain. I do not quite remember it being quite so long, dark, and with so many drops and turns!! Emma made it off without any tears, but it will probably be awhile before she rides it again!!

 Landon was trying so hard to stay awake to watch the night time parade and fireworks, 

 He loved looking up and watching the entire fireworks show!

 We still needed to see a few princesses, so we did that after the fireworks were over. 

 And she was not quite finished with some of the rides either!! :) Scott and I believe in opening up Magic Kingdom and shutting it down!! We also believe if the kiddos get tired enough, they will fall asleep in the stroller or on our shoulder!

 Emma stayed awake until we left the park, but Landon could not hang much longer after the fireworks were over!! He had a blast and such a fun day at Magic Kingdom!

 Here is Emma being delirious and acting silly as we were leaving the park! It was probably close to midnight here!!! She crashed as soon as the car was on the road!

 We LOVE Disney World and always look forward to the next time we are able to go back for another fun trip!!!

Good Behavior Pays Off

Here is Emma with some other kiddos who demonstrated good behavior at school the first nine weeks!!! We are so proud of her and who she is at home and away from home!!
